There is no truer statement than that of Zig Ziglar. This morning, I did NOT want to get up and do our workout. Hmmm. there is a pattern here…remember last week? I rolled myself out of bed, had a cup of coffee and managed to get the 21 Day Fix Dirty 30 completed with Ashton. It was not the prettiest workout ever, but I got it done. I went to the doctor today and I was down two pounds from the last time I was there…BOOM! My Forks Over Knives transition and working out regularly again is paying off. Here’s to another good week of working out, eating right and believing!
