This weekend’s workout consisted of long runs for Ashton and me, cycling and mountain biking for Donnie and Grayson was on a church bus to Little Rock, Arkansas for the annual Mass for Life.
On the weekends I try to do Wolf Mountain Loop. It’s challenging, gorgeous and well worth the climb.
Tomorrow starts a new day, week and opportunities! We’re continuing with our third week of 21 Day Fix and marathon training. Next week we will start a new training plan from www.bodybuilding.com with the marathon training.
